Frequently used the Web interface to do the following which are NOT available in the app:
1) Enter Vitamins and minerals in foods. For example iron, calcium and Vitamins C, D
2) enter alternate serving units. Frequently used this web feature to enter foods by weight (grams, ounces) OR volume (cups, fluid ounces). Found this really useful.
3) zero calorie foods (like diet soda) that have no calories, but contain things worth tracking (like sodium)
