Device Not Found on Samsung 9+

For the past few days my Versa is not updating to my phone.  I just got a new "pebble" because my other one stopped working after a few months.  I have to go into the app and manually sync it but it says "device not found."  Super frustrating.  Also not tracking my sleep and as a mom to a 5 mos old I'd like to see all the sleep I'm not getting... help?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

 

Regarding the sleep information that's not being recorded, can you please let me know how many times you haven't received your sleep records? Also, you're not receiving sleep at all or Sleep Stages?
