I have a new Motorola (Lenovo) MOTOE3 but I cannot see this model in the supported devices drop down list. Surely Fitbit App works on an Android Moto? Anyone advise please?

Fitbit haven't updated their compatible device listing for a long time, most phones on the list are a few years old. 

 

I've attempted to use both the Moto G4 Plus and Moto Z with my Fitbit Blaze and achieved mixed results.

 

Lots of syncing errors, have to toggle bluetooth on and off again. Occasionally it will sync; notifications don't work though.

 

In short, if it's not on the compatibility list then Fitbit haven't tested it (and implemented any necessary adjustments to their software) to make it work.
