In this case this phone has all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but is currently not on our list of supported devices as you know. In this case this mean we have not tested the compatibility of this phone. Explicitly this doesn't mean in won't work, the only difference is that some features may not work as is expected since the app is not optimized.
If you are having troubles with this phone and the Fitbit app, I suggest syncing with a computer as a workaround in those situations where the mobile app fails.
