My Flex 2 sleep logs have disappear

My sleeping records have gone away.

Hello there @Gunshow, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post that your sleep logs have disappeared. Note that this information cannot be deleted unless you proceed to manual remove each log, otherwise the information still is on your account.

 

Now, if you have changed email address or you paired your tracker with a different email address from the one listed with your Fitbit Dashboard; very common if the email address has a typo. Is most likely that you are using two accounts. One with your previous history and the new address with the current data.

 

By any chance do change your email or do you have the need to pair your tracker again? This might be an indicative that you have two accounts. If this is the case, try the steps of this article: How do I update my email address?
