When I get txt message on mobile my charge 3 doesn't notify me. Any ideas ?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you, can you please share more information and details about your notifications concern? Is your device not vibrating at the moment you receive a notification or you're not receiving notifications at all? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this affect call and text notifications? Lastly, which mobile device are you using?
