The new app says device not found, even though it's showing the correct battery level in the device management center.
I have tried re-pairing and the problem is still the same after it said it's successfully paired
This seems to be a legit problem. I have not been able to sync and get notifications from my phone with my Fitbit Ionic after updating to the new interface. I want to be able to revert to an older version of the app.
Same I keep getting the same do you no sync procedure have you followed troubleshooting methods..... yup or I wouldn't be complaining....
Best AnswerHi Bookworm, I have followed the troubleshooting, which didn't which is why I have turned to the fitbit community. Hopefully someone is having more luck than me and the others with the same problem
