Fitbit is not recognizing my treadmill workout today. Worked fine yesterday. Any thoughts?

Already restarted my S10. Nothing changed.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for restarting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur with other activities too?

 

Let me share with you that Fitbit devices can potentially miss steps you're walking on a treadmill desk at a very low speed, therefore, the exercise will not be recorded. We've determined that Fitbit trackers will provide greatest accuracy if the user is wearing it clipped on their mid-section and walking at least 2 mph. Keep this in mind and let me know if you experience the same situation again.
