How in the world do I get my fit bit and phone on the same time? It used to be but then I drove into a different time zone and now can't get it all synced back up..... It will connect to my phone but won't change the time

Hi, @Savemefrommysel, this does sometimes happen when moving between timezones.
I would recommend going to your Fitbit app on your phone and going to your account screen (choose your icon, top left).
On the account screen go to “settings” and choose advance settings. Please toggle Time Zone set automatically to OFF and then choose any WRONG timezone. Once chosen, go back to your general settings and choose “sync now”.
Once your Fitbit has synced, go back to your advanced settings and now choose your CORRECT timezone. Once again sync your Fotbit.
Hopefully your Fitbit will now be reflecting the correct time (do make sure it actually syncs). After that you can turn auto timezone setting back on, if you wish.
Please post again if any of this is unclear or if it does not seem to work for you. Welcome to the forums!
