The blue fitbit logo popped up on my watch screen and I can't get rid of it!  How do I resolve this?

Hi @Kimmer23. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for letting me know that your Fitbit is showing a blue logo on the screen. Before anything else, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Usually that logo will appear before completing the set up process or when downloading the firmware update. That said, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit device.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Choose your Fitbit and follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. Once the set up process is done, you'll be prompted to do the update in case there is one pending. Please proceed with it and wait until it's completed.

By the way, I've moved your post to a new thread as there are more chances to get related replies here.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
