Device not tracking sleep information

Hey there, my daily sleep data and weekly sleep average do not show up in the app. However all other statistics, like steps, activity log etc., do. Tried to restart the app, fitbit is sync'd, but nothing helps. This is now for several days, I have Inspire fitbit and latest version of the app.

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting too. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Is your device not recording sleep information at all or it's recording it but not accurately? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
