Not receiving notifications

Bern having issues receiving notifications on my fitbit ionic actually my son and I are both having this issue for the past 2 days both have android phones I have an s10 and he has an lg rebel. Not getting text, calls Facebook nothing. Have done all the troubleshooting tricks and nothing is working.

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Ionic are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

 

Keep me mind that both Samsung Galaxy S10 and LG Rebel are not listed as compatible devices with our products and services, reason why you can experience certain connection difficulties with them.

Ricardofitbitbit prior to last wk my son and I were both getting notifications on our fitbits and than it stopped. I have done all the steps you mentioned prior to post issue and nothing fixed it Friday I started getting notifications but my fitbit wouldn't vibrate to let me know or the screen wouldn't light up I just would check notifications and would have some not all or they would be delayed. And today nothing is showing up against I havent done anything different. So not sure what's going on.
