Not receiving text notifications on Charge 3

Hi, I need help!  I got my charge 3 last November and everything has been great until 2 days ago when I stopped receiving texts.  I have an android and nothing has changed with my phone or my fitbit.  I did all of the suggestions in this forum, is there anything else I can do?  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the fit bit, disconnected and reconnected bluetooth, all notifications are on, restarted my phone.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Are you receiving phone call notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
