My ionic isn't showing my sleep on the app. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for your post and for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, your device isn't recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages detailed graphs? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? to learn more about sleep tracking.

Hello @RicardoFitbit - why hasn't anyone responded on the thread started by @AlessFitbit where most people are posting their (HORRIBLE) issues with the "updated" (cough cough) app?
