I'm glad my windows dashboard has not changed, but the android APP on my Samsung S6 is horrible!
Sync problems................"No device found" happens too often!
Weekly miles addition.....Now rounds to the half mile where it used to read in hundredths of a mile.
Five Day Exercise...........Used to change to pentagon, hexagon, then heptagon. Now it remains a circle.
Steps Per Hour...............Also a terrible downgrade!
Sleep..............................Another terrible downgrade!
Main progress circles.....No longer change color when completed.
I have read elsewhere on the site the changes were necessary to answer complaints on how the app worked! Please explain to all of us how the changes, I've listed above were necessary to accommodate other complaints. As stated, my windows interface is still the old interface. You should be able to provide the old app as well as the hideous new app, it's called common code software. If you can't do it then get new code writers!

I've never seen any mention of the changes in the dashboard where needed for the changes in the app.
What I have noticed is that the Dashboard update was completely desperate from updates to the app.
Most of the few changed to the Fitbit app where I'm response to user suggestions.

Can you please explain which of the changes to the Fitbit app were in response to user suggestions? Were users really requesting the loss of the celebrational confetti and items turning green when goals were completed, for instance? What specific changes were requested that the new app achieves?
Moderators keep saying that the new app is more integrated, more dynamic, and more personalized, but I haven't seen any explanation of specifics that seem to support those claims.

All too often the dashboard comes up completely grayed out and remains that way after several attempt to refresh! Sync function no longer tells how many minutes/hours since the last sync.
