I did the update on 7/17. Now my charge will not hold a charge. I have check all settings and they are just how I had them before, when the charge was lasting 6/7 days. I'm on the verge of taking it back. I have only had this watch 5 months. Can someone tell what I'm missing?

Hello @YonasMom, welcome to the Community forums.

Thank you for the information regarding your device that is not holding a charge. If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article

If you already confirm that you have the same settings and your battery is still draining too fast, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.

Please keep me posted on the outcome.

I have gone through all the settings and I have them all at the same it was when my Charge 3 was lasting 7 days. The battery will only hold a charge for 4 hours since the update was sent to my charge 3 on 7/17. I have restarted the watch, I have even done a full restart by clearing out all my data. Nothing! I have only had my watch 5 months.
