I appreciate that following the most recent update (2.71) my Fitbit Versa still receives notifications when my Galaxy S9 is in "silent mode." However, this function is somewhat useless if I'm not informed that a notification was received. This is where the "Always Vibrate" function comes in, BUT even though I may still want it to vibrate while my phone is in silent mode, I DO NOT want it to vibrate when it's set to "Do Not Disturb" at night nor do I want to have to toggle this option on/off all the time because I want one and not the other. Therefore, I'd appreciate if these two functions were separated so users can select one preference for silent mode and another DND.

Best AnswerThere's a setting on the Versa to stop getting notifications while you sleep (Under Settings App ➞ Notifications ➞ During Sleep Receive Calls and Notifications)
You can also just turn of notifications on your wrist by holding the left button and tapping Notifications once.
Thanks. I was aware of this option, however it's only applicable once you are asleep — not while you're trying to fall asleep or having trouble sleeping. Separating DND and silent mode settings would negate the need to toggle off notifications, or remember to turn them on again.

I do see your point, @Imagery. As I mentioned, be sure to support the suggestion I mentioned. I'm sure it will be very helpful.
If there are any further questions, please let me know.
Best AnswerYes, PLEASE! I generally keep my phone in silent mode while I'm at work so it's not dinging all day, but I would still like to have my Fitbit vibrate during the day. However, I have automatic settings for do not disturb that come on at night, and I absolutely do not want my Fitbit vibrating for anything while I'm sleeping. We really need the ability to separate these two options.
