Difficulties after Fitbit app update

My fitbit app, recently upgraded, no longer syncs properly, suggests things I am already doing, tracks steps and activity time incorrectly.  I have rebooted, logged out and in...nothing works. Wrong number of days of activity, activity time is rarely accurate, wont sync...I never had issues with the previous versions!!! 

I previously commented and in the response they emailed me there was no REPLY button and respond email got kicked back...not very functional to solve the issue. Considering a different brand at this point

Seems odd that you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your Inspire HR after the Fitbit app update, thanks for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. When you say that the Fitbit suggest you thing that you're already doing, what do you mean? Is your device giving you a reminder to move when you're walking? To better assist you, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Ricardo,My Android is a Samsung S9+This screenshot shows that it is telling me to wear my fitbit to bed and exercise...I do both daily.The app tries to sync and says sync complete, but exercise days would say 1 day when I have exercised and achieved my goals 4 days that week. That is only one example.I could not find any answers in the links you suggested. I REALLY wish there was a solution so I could count on my fitbit again. 😡😞☹Reina S
