Difficulties after firmware update

Firmware update on 12/5 issues with Samsung Note 8:

- Text messages won't recieve on Versa 2

- Water won't log from Versa 2 to app

- Bluetooth cnnection to device is interintermi

- Alexa connectivity gets lost

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. In regards notifications, can you please let me know if you do not receive only text notifications or phone call notifications as well? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

 

For the water logs, please restart your device and try again. To better assist you with the Bluetooth and Alexa connection difficulties, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? More details about this specific concern will be appreciated.
