My new Fitbit won't sync to the watch I have tried resetting as says in help and still says network down help pls I really want to use it

The network down is a problem between the phone and the Fitbit server. A sync will not be completed until your data gets on the Fitbit server.
First thing I would do is try with the phone connected to WiFi and again through cell data.
I would also shut down the phone, not just restart.

This is on multiple phones it is an issue with the app and need it fixed or returning my Fitbit and really rather use it pls provide z number to call for help:( so disappointed

it may be a problem with the app on your device, but if it was a general app problem no one on android would be able to sync.

Again' can I have a phone number to speak with someone youRe reply was rude and as I mentioned between 7 of us in ly household we all have the problem so appreciate useful help and someone who can help me fix irand make effort into attempting to resolve. I will be posting tomorrow if I am returning it and posting your unhelpful replies as I just want help i' fixing the problem which as I read on this platform is NOT just me as I see many have same problem

Sorry I did not know what a Z-number was.
As for Fitbit contact information tap your photo in the top right to bring up the slide out menu. Now tap contact Fitbit. This may also be found through the Help link below or through help found in the Fitbit app.
The contact page will have the best ways to contact Fitbit based on your location.
Not knowing much about your phone I did give you the steps that seem to fix this issue for me.
