I have tried multiple times to finish the update process. I've gotten to the 2 out of 3 and gotten to 101% but never goes farther than that. Is there anything else I can do?

Are you talking about the firmware update of your Fitbit device or the Fitbit app? If you're referring to your device, can you please specify which device are you using? If you're referring to the Fitbit app, please let me know which Android mobile device. Also, make sure that such mobile device is compatible with our products and services.

It happens to me while downloading the firmware of my fitbit versa lite. I have tried several times and with different cell phones and it never finish the process. It's frustrating!!
