Charge 3 not syncing

My fitbit is only occasionally syncing and the watch looses time between syncs I've tried all the suggestions and fitbit aren't responding to emails, live chat just fob me off. Any solutions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need to always restart your phone when you want the sync.
