Why do most of the digital watch Faces revert back to a 24 hour display in stand by (always on) when I have 12 hour selected in my settings?

@DCS2022- On a Sense 2 you can't configure a default AOD face and there isn't an analog AOD default face either like on the older watches, so it only shows the digital one and that will be in 24 hr mode.
However Accelerator and other Fitbit AOD clock faces should be correct. And are on my watch 'cos I tested it.
Can you please post a photo showing the 24 hr AOD face and the 12 hr normal display of Accelerator
You have to be using the Accelerator [or other Fitbit] clock face to get the AOD display that corresponds to it.
It's AOD face doesn't show am/pm which may make you think it is in 24 hr format when it's not.

What model Fitbit do you use? You posted your question in the Android app forum, but it might have nothing to do with the Android app. Also, can you give the name of the clock face(s) affected?

Hi @DCS2022 - there are several aspects to Always On.
The watch may have default analog or digital Always On faces, configured in the watch settings.
The default ones may not necessarily check clock type 12/24 and default to 24 mode.
Also some clock faces have their own Always On faces and the developer may or may not provide clock type support for both 12/24 mode. These Always On faces are less common.
So it depends on both watch model and clock face used which Always On face you see.

I've used the following watch faces.. Accelerator / Dots / Pulse
/ Neon Dreams / Abstract
All set for 12 Hour till the display times out and reverts to "always on "
then the time shows as 24 hour clock.

Than you , You were correct about Accelerator. The AOD does use 12 hour clock. I must have been frustrated with all the others I tried. Somewhere in my Fitbit App I selected 12 Hour for clocks... I assumed that selection would work on all clock faces, even those that are NOT Fitbit. Still it's frustrating.
Thanks again.
