Distance Goal Incorrect

My distance goal isn't displaying correctly. I have it set to 5 miles but I noticed it requires 8+ miles before my app/phone says I hit the goal. When I went into the browser dashboard, it says my distance goal is 8.05 miles (8.05 kilometers is 5 miles so that's weird)... so I set it to 5 miles, I synch it back up with my phone... and then the dashboard resets back to 8.05 miles even though my phone app still says 5 miles.

 

This is an annoying bug which I imagine won't take much for Fitbit to fix. Is anybody else having this issue? I've been turned off from Fitbit lately after years of loving them and this is just another thing that is bothering me.

Fitbit confuses the distance goal between miles and km. This is a known issue and has been reported years ago.  I wouldn't advise holding your breath waiting for a fix.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
