Distance chart for the past 30 days is blank in the Fitbit app

Fitbit app dashboard for Distance past 30 days chart is blank. I see details in other dashboard. Any help would be appreciated.

@Avinashd Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the charts on the Fitbit app. 

 

Thanks for the explanation. The same thing happens with the trainings. Please try the following. Scroll down to load more distance entries on the list. Keep scrolling until you reach the distance from 30 days ago, no scroll all the way back. The chart should be now populated with all the data that was loaded.

@RodrigoMFitbit thank you for your response.

I scrolled down in the dashboard and it works for other dashboard except
distance chart for past 30 days.

I forgot to mention this is the replacement band i received from Fitbit and
earlier to it i did not face issue with dashboards. Do I have to reset the
app after connecting to new device ?
