With the new app, I noticed that my miles indicator on the dashboard is showing full making me think I reached my goal. A few weeks ago, I had changed my goal to 2.9 miles which is more than my goal of 8100 steps. I should see my step goal met first with a little bit left to go for my mile goal (encouraging me to walk a little more to get another "green" dot.)
At of right now, I have only walked 2.46 miles but the goal is showing completed on the dashboard. If I click on the miles, I still don't have a star.
Not sure when the dashboard is filled since it never happens when I'm watching.

Hi @Akenta. It's nice to have you on board!
Thanks for letting me know about the Fitbit app's behavior, as well for your efforts to get the tiles to show accurate data. This seems odd and just to make sure, is the Fitbit app updated in your phone? If so, may I know if this happens with the other tiles (steps, floors, calories, active minutes)?
Please try closing the Fitbit app from the open apps, reboot your phone and check your data one more time. If the issue persists, I'll need you to provide me with your phone's model and Android version. Also, take a screenshot of what is displayed in the app and attach it in your reply so I can take a deeper look.
Keep me posted! 😉

I tried the above steps, but I am still seeing this problem (only for miles and only on app - dashboard on computer is correct)
Phone is LG K20 V

Hi @Akenta. It's great to see you here again.
Thanks for trying the steps posted above, as well for the screenshots provided. They were very helpful! Upon checking I noticed that your LG K20V phone isn't yet a supported device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized to work on this model. While you're able to sync and use other features, we cannot guarantee that all the features will work flawlessly, and this might be affecting the distance tile. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and if possible, please try using a different mobile device or log into the fitbit.com dashboard to see if the same happens.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for looking into it. fitbit.com dashboard does work, but I'm not on it all of the time. I'm not about to get a new mobile device. I'll just add to the list of things that no longer work for me. 😞

I finally changed my distance goal to an even 3 miles and seems to be working. I'm guessing it's taking mileage and converting it to meters and then back to miles. Didn't do that in the old app, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was another change that decided to make.
