Dead screen on my charge 3

Saturday morning my charge's 3 screen stop working. I know the device is working because it syncs fine with the app.  I've tried resetting it several times with no luck. I also tried  changing the clock face with no luck.

 

Is there a trick I'm missing? HELP please.
