I'm sure it's been posted many times I'm looking for help to fix my fitbit versa 3A I decreased my miles and now it won't give me the proper mileage. I know it has to do with the kilometer miles conversion error that has been reported numerous times I was hoping there was a fix by now

Thanks for the details provided in your post and for the research. I recommend you to check that the units are setup correctly on the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > App Settings > Units. You can also try changing from miles to kilometers, switch back and restart your phone to see if this solves it.

 

If this keeps happening, please let me know roughly when you noticed this behavior and if it's related to your distance's goal.
