Distance no longer recorded for swimming

On Tuesday I could see my distance after my swim. On Thursday I couldn't, and when I looked back to Tuesday it had disappeared too. A friend has the luxe, and same thing. 

Distance and pace are the only useful stats for a swim, time alone is not useful and I really don't care about calories. Why on earth has this useful feature been removed?

My Fitbit is less than 12 months old. Can I get a refund?

Mine has done exactly the same. I had distance on my swim on Tue and yet today no distance given on today's swim. I've looked back at my swim history and not one of them shows the distance anymore. It's the one of the key reasons I have a fitbit and now it's been removed. 😡

Has anyone been able to navigate to get help from Fitbit? It seems we are all complaining about the same issue. Also, some online tips suggest we click on advanced settings but my app doesn’t have that!

I've seen some Charge 6 users reporting the same issue. I'm trying to escalate this issue to the team and will report back if I hear of any updates. 

@eerie : The refund process is started by contacting Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options.

I’ve been told by Fitbit support to manually enter the pool length and sync
IPhone and Luxe before and after swimming. I have not found a way to enter
it. The only measure of length I can access is do to chose yards vs
meters.
