I have a Pixel 7a phone with Fitbit app installed and works very well and I logged my blood sugar readings because I'm type 2 diabetic but ever since the last update the save area doesn't work anymore. Does anyone else have that problem?

Yes, I have the same problem on Pixel 9 Pro XL. Used to be able to save and then two days ago save button changed and won't work.

Has anyone else encountered an inability to save glucose data due to the save button not working? It is located under icons on my phone and I can't seem to find a way to move the icons or the save button.

Having the same issue. My save is under the icons for phone Wi-Fi and battery life, which appears to be blocking the save button. I haven't been able to find a way to move the icons or save button location.

I'm having same problem on a Pixel 9 send to have started after the latest update. I think this is related to app overlay problems. Can't find a setting to fix it Fitbit app version 4.48.fitbit-mobile-110355858_783469967
com.fitbit.FitbitMobile
Sometime when I turn the phone to landscape sideways I can barely touch the save button.

I'm having the same problem after the latest update. I think it is related to a screen overlay problem but all the suggestion recommended don't solve the problem. I'm using a Pixel 9 phone with version 4.48.fitbit-mobile-110355858_783469967
com.fitbit.FitbitMobile
I've found tilting it sideways into landscape mode sometimes I can touch the save button.

Since yesterday glucose entries are impossible. The Save button is under the header of my Pixel 9a and therefore inaccessible. I guess the update team missed a step in there checks.

Hi @IhorTr I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for this issue. It looks like a new bug in the Android app. Please give feedback directly to Fitbit from the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback. There is another thread on this same topic. More feedback helps get attention.

I have the pixel 7a and after putting the phone into landscape mode i barely have the ability to save the info but i rarely use the landscape mode because my phone is taller and narrower most phones but it's a work around for now!
