New to Fitbit Sense. Help!

Everything is turned on in my settings, but I cannot receive texts or calls on my watch. It will not notify me at all. Also, it won't let me change my clock face.

Sounds like there may be a communication issue. 

  • On your phone, is Bluetooth on? 
  • Have you tried restarting the phone and tracker? 
  • Can you do a test call? 
  • Try going through the settings, you may be promoted to accept a permission.

I have the same problem, for multiple devices. The change clock button in the app doesn't work on my profile for my HR inspire not does it for my kids Ace 3 device. Synchronization works, but I cannot change our clock faces.

Also, I can change theme (my system settings is dark, but I prefer light for the Fitbit app), but it changes back to system settings every time I change profile within Fitbit Family.
