Is it possible to change from kilometres to miles. I am doing London next month and would be much more beneficial in miles.

You can change this in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

 

Change the length unit from "centimeters" to "feet, inches" and save the change. The next time you sync it will update your fitbit.
