Hi I've just ordered a Sony XZ1 compact and I've realised it's not on the tested device list. There are a few posts on the forum from approx 6 months ago but no recent updates. Is anyone successfully using an XZ1 compact with Ionic or any other Fitbit device? I am thinking of cancelling my order for the phone. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

As you mentioned, that phone is not part of the list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it.

In case anyone is interested.............I can confirm that I have no syncing problems at all between the 2 devices and all apps are working as they should be. Happy days 🙂
