My Versa hasn't been right since the beginning. It seems I have to factory default the Versa every 2 weeks to restore syncronization to the phone app. I would be lucky to get 2 weeks of data to sync. Most recent occurrence now is that I have lost 3 days of data because the app or Versa could not sync. I restarted the Versa, turning off the bluetooth from my phone, restarting the app and phone and still couldn't manage to sync after 3 days of trying. I think I may have purchased a lemon and very unhappy about data not being retained. I love the features of the Versa but not ideal to factory default every 2 weeks.

Please let me know which if those three is the issue.
Also, please let me know what type of phone is it that you are using at the moment.

According to the manual, the Fitibt Versa can store data about steps and activity for up to 7 days between syncing. As long as you sync within that time frame, no data should be lost at all.
