I can't find where to choose dominant or non dominant wrist on Charge 3. Do you need to choose it on this device?

Hi @Whittymom02, you do it through the app on your phone.

On the dashboard at the top right there should be an image of your charge 3. Select that and then scroll down and you should see wrist placement. Select and choose left or right. Then sync your charge and the change should be made.

I am basing this on my charge 2 so I hope this is correct for you.
