Hi @SILVERLABMOM  the data is on your Fitbit. The app is where you can view it and sync via bluetooth to the Fitbit servers to upload that data. Your dashboard on the computer is the same information as the app on your smartphone.

You can use a browser on your phone and log in to view the same information as on the computer. www.fitbit.com and log in as usual to see it.

Simply download the Fitbit app onto the phone.

Log into your Fitbit account.

The Fitbit app then pulls your data from The Fitbit cloud servers.

This is the same place your computer gets the data from.

The Fitbit app will also try to sync your data.
