Is there anyone else with a Droid Turbo not getting the Text Notifications on the Alta? I have tried every solution given on here from the moderators and others & nothing has worked. Today, I contacted Fitbit Support by email to ask for help and ask if possibly the Droid & the Alta were not compatible, although their list says it is. They got back to me pretty quick, only to tell me that they were sorry to hear I was having issues & that the Alta didn't work for me. He said engineering is working on some issues, but was vague. I asked if he could tell me if it was specifically regarding the Droid Turbo & if it would be something that would be resolved soon? He responded that he didn't know and he was providing me with return information to return the Alta. So I got no help or answers, just instructions on how to return.
So, if I knew that someone else who has a Droid Turbo has gotten theirs to work successfully, then I'll keep trying. Thanks.

Can any of the moderators or anyone tell me if there are known issues with the Alta & the Motorola Droid Turbo, that they are working on for an upcoming update? I have been unable to get the Text Notifications and tried everything suggested.

@Trish26 Sorry for any miscommunication, as the Droid Turbo is listed as a compatible device on our supported devices list here. There is no known issue with the Droid Turbo and Alta that would not allow you to receive text notifications.
As for troubleshooting tips to get your text notifications working, the set up process can be found here. If you're not receiving any notifications from your device once it's been set up, I recommend restarting the Alta and then giving it another shot along with the suggestion from @Odyssey13 above.

Thanks Erick for trying to help once again, but I've followed what you suggested before & I tried again. It does not help, unfortunately. I've read everything on here & I've been working on this consistently with all of your suggestions & help since March 11th. I wished when I contacted Fitbit Support they would have offered help instead of sending me return instructions. That was disappointing, especially since they say my device is compatabile with the Alta.
