Charge HR - Damaged - Android (19165998)

I was delivered a replacement. I have returned it because the FedEx guys asked me to pay duty charges! What the hell is this. It's INR 3259! Why on earth should I pay that much for a replacement I'm entitled to for free.

I NEED MY REPLACEMENT TODAY FOR FREE

I can understand your frustration but the warranty terms make it clear that we are responsible for shipping charges. See: www.fitbit.com/returns

None of the people who have received replacements have paid a single pie
towards any purpose , duty or otherwise

If that's the case and you feel that fitbit have not met the terms and conditions then you should get back to customer support

That's what I'm doing right now?. The phone number is wrong. Getting a
reply from them to my email takes a day.
