It appears that Fitbit has had it's Heart Rhythm App approved [510(k) clearance] by the FDA. The article I was reading says Sense users will have access in October 2020 but I only heard of this today. This is the first link I found that appeared.

@SigHillDude Fitbit Versa 3, Sense, and Charge 5 all have ECG.
