After updating to version 4.42.1, ECG history is empty or a blank screen. ECGs taken on watch cannot be viewed now.

Hi there, @ChasmanG, @DaveJ.ca and @Kevin9441.
That's great news! I'm happy the ECG tile is now working for some of you and thanks for sharing this update.
For the ones who still have this issue, please let me know so I can keep my team informed of this situation.
Hello @Singalls
Have you had a chance to restart your phone? This worked for many of us who weren't seeing the ECG tile in the app.

Welcome to the forums, @Singalls. @RiekoC Thanks for your help!
@Singalls Thanks for the additional information. I'd like to share with you that our team released the Fitbit app 4.43 version for all our members. If you haven't done so, please check your App Store and make sure it's updated. Then, try the suggestions shared by @RiekoC and keep us posted on the outcome.
I have Google pixel watch 3. And Google pixel 6 pro phone. The ECG says it's installed according to the Fitbit app but it's not and when I go into my watch on my phone to add tiles it doesn't exist. I have cleared cache and have shut off Bluetooth, and restarted both my phone and watch and still not working. I didn't have this issue until I had to reset my watch. I'm located in western Washington

Welcome to the forums, @mldjr1975.
Thanks for joining this thread and sharing these details with me, as well as the steps that you've tried on your own. I'm sorry that you're experiencing this situation. Our team is still investigating what may be occurring, and just to verify, please go to the Play Store of your phone and make sure the Fitbit app is updated. Also, on your Google Pixel Watch 3, go to the Play Store and update all apps.
Once this is done, try installing the ECG app and let me know whether it appears this time.

I found a different post where someone helped me fix it on my watch through
the play store directly.

Hi @mldjr1975. It's good to see you around.
I'm glad you sorted this out and I appreciate your efforts.
For the rest of those who reported this situation, I have great news to share! The issues with the ECG app missing from the Health Assessment section or showing a blank page on the Fitbit app are fixed and should work well on your end. So please make sure everything is updated and give it a try.
I hope everyone can continue enjoying the experience with your Google Pixel Watch 3 and its features.
Best AnswerHi @LizzyFitbit
I bought the Pixel 3 Watch, downloaded the Fitbit app, synched to my Pixel 6a phone Android 15, and see that Fitbit health features work except for the ECG app or tile which doesn't appear on the watch. Th Fitbit on the phone tells me it's getting no data on the ECG front. I've followed the conversations here but can't find a solution still. I am located in Singapore, where the ECG app is permitted. Please help as I bought the watch primarily for the ECG feature (instead of the Apple Watch 10, which I was strongly considering too).
Best AnswerI have a Pixel 8 phone and the Watch 3. As with others, I used to have a functional ECG app, which no longer appears on the watch. I have restarted it, and I have the most recent version of the app on my phone. What gives?
Hi @LizzyFitbit new Pixel Watch 3 user here. Everything is up to date and brand new. I see in the Fitbit phone app that ECG on the watch is "on and ready to use" but the watch itself has no option, tile, button, etc for ECG at all. Disappointed as this is a primary reason I bought this watch.
Please see this thread in the Pixel Watch community. Some users have said restarting their phone and watch has brought the ECG app back. I have a Pixel Watch 3 and have the ECG app available.
Got it working! I had to open the play store on the watch, scroll all the way down, and click manage all apps (again on the watch). Then, it showed me a bunch of apps that needed to be updated, including the ECG app, then it showed up in the list of apps on the watch and worked.
