The ECG widget in the Fitbit app (v4.68.1) is reporting "Not Available." It says "The ECG feature isn't supported on your device or in your country." I am in the United States. I have a Pixel Watch 4 (v6.1).
Interestingly, the Fitbit ECG app on the watch works fine. It even records results in the ECG Results section of the Fitbit App immediately under the display that says that ECG is off because it's not available.
I've restarted the watch and phone. I've cleared the Fitbit app cache. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. No fix.

Hello @jeffcarp
By any chance, do you use a VPN service? I've seen users report similar issues. After a bit of investigating, it turns out they were using a VPN service. They were able to use the feature after turning off the VPN.
