Edit exercise name to record different types of exercise

I am unable to change the exercise name which is frustrating.

I'd like to record badminton and gym classes. I understand they can't have every activity listed as a shortcut, but I should be able to rename "Tennis" or "Workout" to badminton after it's logged.

I can edit the name but when I try to save it tells me its not a "valid activity name".

Does anyone know how to do this / a workaround for this?

This has been “broken” for quite awhile now, as you could do that in the past. Not sure if it is ever going to be fixed, but would certainly appreciate that being done. Extremely frustrating because I occasionally forget to start my exercise, so renaming it to the appropriate exercise makes complete sense!
