Email change

Hi. Just got a new phone. Trying to log in with Google, but it says I can't. The gmail linked to this account is my work email. It's a school which I realize can't be used anymore. How do I change my gmail account without losing all the data on my account?

I think this is something that you need to contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to do. 

Although this shouldn't be the case, you may need to be your own advocate and followup with them if you don't hear back by the time they say. Make sure to have your case #.

Thank you. I actually ended up being locked out completely, so I did have
to call support. Support was patient even though I was nearing frustration.
Walked me through resetting the password...again...for both the website and
my app. After that, it was pretty simple to change my email. He helped me
with that too.
