I have received an email saying that I have changes to my account. I didn't make any changes. I have emailed FITBIT so I hope they respond.
I am unable to log in to my account and have had to log in using an older account that i had to post on here for help. I could not log in using the email in question as it states it does not exist!
Scary.
Any advice please?

Hi! The same thing happened to me almost 3 weeks ago. And I have only just got my account restored. Although it doesnt help much, I would say there is no other choice we have except to wait for Fitbit support to get back. It took about a week plus for them to respond to me and that is after I hound them on live chat --> https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

Thanks for your reply, 3 weeks is not a great response time! Guess I will have to wait for their reply then.
