Is your phone in silent mode? Fitbit's app updated yesterday, and for some reason (even though we complained about it back in April), they brought back the "feature" where if your phone is on Silent Mode, it won't send notifications to the tracker.
Fitbit, PLEASE FIX THIS.

@GG2020 @Michsam23 A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't vibrating when you receive a text message. Make sure that you selected the Always Vibrate option in the notifications settings area. You can also try to refresh the link between the phone and your device by doing the following:
Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them and setup notifications. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Restarting my phone didn't help. App had all necessary permissions. Found the below solution in another post that ended up resolving my issue:
toggle all notifcations off in the app
turn off Bluetooth
close fitbit app
then reverse...Bluetooth on, app open and then notifications back on.

My charge 3 also doesn't vibrate with notifications or when connected to the charger or when I use the interval time. I have reset several times, both phone and fitbit, with no change. I only bought it yesterday. So will be returning it tomorrow most likely. Very disappointed
