Hi
Gonna be honest, I have a Galaxy Active 2 and use Samsung Health as my primary tracker.
I use Health Sync to push my activity and steps and sleep and other things to Google Fit
I basically just want to do the same thing with the FitBit app. I have several friends on there from my time as a FitBit user, and apart of some communities.
However, the problem is with nothing paired, including MonileTrack, ALL steps data and displays in the dashboard completely disappears.
But if I enabled MobileTrack, my steps count more than doubles. I'm looking at my watch, Samsung health, and Google fit right now all report a proper 6,694 steps as of this writing, but Fitbit is counting 17,000 lol
I just want to let Health Sync push to FitBit as the sole source of step data, and have that data displayed. Is this possible?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for all the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how concern and how frustrating this matter can be for you, seems odd that the MobileTrack feature is behaving in such way. To better assist you with this situation and to further investigate, can you please let me know which Samsung mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
