Enabling call notifications Galaxy S5

I've been experiencing a recurring notification from fitbit lately "Additional actions required". I follow the notification to the fitbit app and get to this screen. Next I toggle the box to allow access and hit "ok". About 5 minutes later, the same notification occurs. When I arrive at this screen, the box is checked, but it still sends me the notification. Anyone else seen this problem or know how to fix it?

This actually did not quite work, but I re-installed the app and now it
seems to have worked out. Thanks!

@raging_bulman Welcome to the Community! Thank you for the screenshot that you posted as well for the details. I would like you to log out of the app, force quit it and set the notifications again
