daylight savings time and alarms

I have another twist on the DST issue.
I have a weekday alarm set for 2:25am, and now the app is forcing the time to 3:25.
I thought maybe it was just passing everything an hour later, so I tried 1:25, but that set to 1:25 like it should have. very frustrating since I work at 3:30am.

update:
I am able to set the alarm to 2:25am through the website dashboard.  Synced correctly.

It happens to me too. You have to log out of your app on your phone and sync it again. I hope that helps

Hey guys, welcome to the Fitbit Community @ShanleeHammond @erocktv Smiley Very Happy! If you're still having issues with the alarms and the time I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Restart your tracker (for all the trackers).
  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and tap Account.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Find an option to modify your time zone.
  • Sync your tracker.

Hope this helps!
