This is the error I always get when trying you track sleep having clicked the Begin Sleep option.
It's getting really annoying. Plus the fact the charge hr does not recognise indoor cycling/spinning as an exercise really offering me no value.
Please can anyone advise on this error? I've checked to make sure tracker is synched with app before and on waking.
Thanks in advance

@Shambo2016 Do you have "All-Day sync turned on within the app? As an alternative to manually logging sleep, have you tried allowing your Charge HR to automatically log sleep? I recommend checking out the following help article for instructions on automatic sleep tracking.
As for tracking indoor cycling, I suggest pressing and holding the button on the side, which logs the activity as "Workout" and you can then rename it to whatever you want to name it. You can also manually log the activity by using the instructions here.

- Who Voted for this post?
Adding sleep manually works fine...Just tedious having to remember sleep times etc.
I've also noticed of late I'm only getting two days maximum battery life...

I want to use Begin Sleep Now on my Inspire HR because automatic tracking is always wrong. So I have to memorize bedtimes anyway.

It's great to see you in the Community, @MindDrive.
Beside using the Begin Sleep Now feature on the Fitbit app, you can also set a bedtime reminder as instructed here so you can get a notification to remind you with it's time to sleep instead of memorize bedtime. If you prefer using the sleep tracking function on your Inspire HR, and if you're not getting accurate sleep data, you can try restarting it by following the steps from this help article.
Hope this helps.

Sorry, not helpful.
I'm aware of the bedtime reminder, and to make a long story short, I'm one of those people where a consistent bedtime is pie-in-the-sky unrealistic
The inaccurate fall asleep and wake up time has been occurring through many reboots over the years of 3 Android devices and 2 Fitbit devices. The way it's programmed just doesn't read my body correctly (fall asleep time is always late, and wake up time almost always late). I'm not sure any adjustment on my end nor your end will fix that.
And so I am left with the above advice to turn off all-day sync. Sadly, based on the following, FitBiit has rendered the Begin Sleep Now feature a bug that needs to be fixed or removed:
"To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app."
