Error message - fitbit down for maintenance

I am trying to access the android app, but I am getting the error message fit bit is down for maintenance. I have tried chat support  but it was a horrible experience. I always had issue with this app. It is not at all user friendly and the staff is pathetic. I hope at least I get some help here.

Not sure what kind of help you would like to get here, @Babugphilip, but there isn't much we, or you, can do until the Fitbit site is back on-line. I'm sure it will be up running again very soon.
